Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perming general clerical work under supervision
• Greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, and delivering the best quality of customer service to our customers.
• Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
• Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching volunteers and delegating and assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
• Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
• Producing reports, composing correspondence
• Manage and coordinate aid distribution
• Develop plans and strategies with community members for advocacy related to disaster relief.
• And Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
