Job Description:
As a Social Media Specialist at AllDayShirts, you will join our growing social media team and assist with creating, curating, and managing content across all our social media platforms. Your role will involve producing high-quality videos, coming up with trending content ideas, and ensuring our brand’s voice is consistent and engaging. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop strategies that increase our online presence and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the rest of the social media team to develop, produce, and edit high-quality video content for social media platforms.
- Manage camera and microphone equipment to ensure optimal production quality.
- Generate creative and trending content ideas that resonate with our audience.
- Organize and schedule content to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Be comfortable and confident in front of the camera for various content pieces.
- Design graphics for social media posts and print materials (Adobe Suite, Canva)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing strategies.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages promptly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
