Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure their timely completion within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management and possess strong leadership qualities.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Manage on-site personnel and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Monitor progress and provide regular reports to upper management
- Implement and maintain project schedules
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets project requirements
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction

Experience:
The successful candidate should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in supervising construction projects
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Prolog
- Familiarity with reading blueprints and conducting quality control checks
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage contracts and ensure project adherence

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
