Job Responsibilities

• Greets guest promptly & obtains symptoms of their vehicle
• Problem solves vehicle's concerns, doing a visual inspection or road test
• Effectively communicates about inspection results, recommending corrective procedures
• Prepares a repair order showing time, cost, & labor estimates for the customer
• Explains the work performed and the charges to the customer
• Provides recommendation of any regular maintenance needs
• Manages customer complaints to find resolution quickly
• Assist with overall Automotive Service operations
• Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with local, state & federal regulations
• Maintain shop supplies and inventory
• Drive production and enforce quality standards
• Assist with other duties assigned by management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
