We are looking for a full time, dependable, highly motivated and friendly individual to join our Body Shop team.
ResponsibilitiesThe Body Shop Estimator is a customer service representative at the dealership. Duties include:
- Prepare Estimates for Insurance companies and potential customers
- Assist customers with the repair process from the initial estimate to the final delivery.
- Follow up progress of each repair order during the day. Maintain contact with the customer regarding status.
- On completion of work, deliver the vehicle to the customer and close out the repair order in the dealership management system.
- Automotive industry or Insurance Claims Experience
- Interact well with Customers
- Analytical and detail oriented
- Looking for Experience or someone willing to learn with some background in automotive or insurance claims
