CADENCE BANK is Hiring a Branch Manager IV Near Perry, GA
customer service activities. Under general supervision, but in accordance with established lending policies and procedures, receives and reviews applications for consumer and commercial credit. This position is on-site.How You Will Make An Impact
- Provides personnel management for branch staff.
- Manages overall branch office operations.
- Maintains and stays abreast of security policies and procedures.
- Responsible for maintaining office building, grounds, equipment, and fixtures.
- Maintains knowledge of branch policies and procedures with respect to approving
- Handles customer problems and complaints; counsels customers with special
- Establishes and helps to attain internal performance objectives for branch office
- Provides and maintains a professional, business-like atmosphere within the
- Reviews staff members for formal performance evaluations and recommends
when needed.
- Tests branch security equipment and investigates security issues when needed.
- Solicits business from potential and existing customers (outside and inside bank
- Interviews loan applicants and processes loan applications.
- Analyzes applicant financial status and credit to determine feasibility of granting
- Prepares appropriate loan documentation and verifies loan agreements are
- Approves loans that meet established lending criteria and are within approved
- Manages a portfolio of consumer and commercial loans; may coordinate some
- Represents the financial institution in public relations activities and community
Who You Are
- Sales oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good written, verbal and supervisory skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledgeable of laws and regulations applicable to bank lending and operations
Experience
- Five years of experience in a financial institution.
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Works cooperatively with others
RequiredHigh School or better
