- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including kitchen management, food production, and cash handling.

- Strong understanding of the food industry, including current trends and customer preferences.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff members, customers, and suppliers.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices.
- Bartending experience is a plus.
