Substitute Teacher Service is actively recruiting candidates to fill open positions as well as substitute Personal Care Assistants (PCA) and One-On-One aides. Candidates will have the proper credentialing and experience working with children, effective interpersonal and communications skills, ability to lift and move students needing assistance. Overall, candidates will attend to the needs of the assigned student or small groups of students. Candidates must maintain strict confidentiality with respect to information concerning students, personnel and other administrative matters affecting the district. STS will credential the candidates through training programs at STS Academy. Training will include CPR, First Aid and introduction to Behavioral Practices.
