The Resort at Lake of the Ozarks is Hiring a Front Desk Associate Near Ozark, MO

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Dependability is a must!

Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Process reservations, check-outs, and payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with concierge services and provide information about local attractions
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations preferred
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in handling phone systems
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills are essential

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment, interacting with guests from various backgrounds. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests, we invite you to apply for the Front Desk Associate position.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
