Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in literacy education, lesson planning, curriculum development, and behavior management. Experience working with students in preschool, toddler care, and early intervention settings is highly desirable.
Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to foster a productive classroom atmosphere
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for students
- Provide individualized support to students as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in educating students, particularly in private school settings, is preferred
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
