We have over 2.5 million youtube subscribers and over 800k followers on TikTok. Our social media presence is a huge part of the success of our company. As our company continues to grow quickly, we are in search of a new personality to step into a leadership position for our content creation team.

We are seeking an individual who possesses a perfect blend of creativity and strategy to take charge as our social media manager. It’s crucial that you’re not just a passive observer, but someone who truly understands the dynamics of content creation and engagement on social media. Ideally, our candidate will bring with them proven experience in social media management or a notable personal presence across various platforms. Lastly, they will also feel comfortable and enjoy being in front of the camera while displaying a vibrant and outgoing personality. As a part of the application, please attach social media account(s) which have at least 20 quality videos emphasizing your personality and content creation skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and manage the content creation team
• Manage social media platforms with the goal of growing our social media presence and drive customer acquisition.
• Be able to put on an on-brand persona in front of the camera for content daily and follow scripts and direction.
• Use a creative mindset in order to generate new innovative ideas for content creation daily and assist with filming, editing and posting videos.
• Editing and posting video content for social media platforms: Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube videos and Youtube shorts.
• Planning, setting up, and breaking down video sets.
• Engage with audiences on all social media platforms. (Ex: replying to comments)
• Stay up to date with video analytics, to gauge viewership and overall quality.
• Research and develop understanding for our audience on social media in order to create engaging content.
• Monitor video analytics daily to gauge viewership and overall quality, be able to adjust strategy as needed.
• Research into popular content and develop understanding for our audience in order to create cultural connections and stay relevant in the industry
• Write compelling and effective scripts for videos, ensuring clear messaging, storytelling, and call-to-actions.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong leadership skills, must be comfortable managing other people effectively in the content creation process.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, especially “Gen Z” related news and humor on TikTok and Instagram, and integrate them into content creation.
• Adapt content to suit different platforms and target audiences effectively.
• Proven experience in creating engaging content for TikTok and Instagram.
• Proficiency in video editing.
• Creative thinker with passion for developing and executing big ideas.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and professionalism.

We want someone who is genuinely interested in consuming and creating social media content, and who is excited to become a part of our social media presence and grow with us professionally.
