Southern Minnesota LawnWorks is Hiring a Landscape Laborer Near Owatonna, MN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Landscape Laborer to join our team. As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to landscaping and lawn care. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

- Operate hand tools and power equipment for landscaping

- Assist with planting shrubs, trees

- Assist with snow plowing and ice removal during winter months

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in landscaping is preferred, but not required

- Equipment operator experience is preferred

-Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time

- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repairs is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and must be able to take direction

- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within deadlines

-Active driver's license and able to pass DOT physical

-Commercial Driver’s License is preferred, but not required. LawnWorks will provide pay for training and testing to obtain.
