Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Director of Special Education and/or the Superintendent of Schools, the School Psychologist assumes the responsibility for appropriate assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, management, and / or referral activities. The School Psychologist also serves as the direct link between physicians, families, and community agencies to assure access and continuity of care for students; provides relevant instruction, counseling, and guidance to students, parents, staff, and others concerning issues. The School Psychologist upholds professional standards and other state and local statutes and regulations applicable to school psychology practices and adheres to district policies and administrative guidelines.
Hours: Generally, Monday-Friday 7:30 to 3:30 while school in session

Additional Information:
Background screenings and TB tests required for all potential candidates.
