Property Manager
We focus on achieving high quality standards and maintaining fiscally responsible objectives. Looking for a Property Manager to administrate and maintain all phases of community operations under the direction of the General Manager. Specific areas of responsibility include personnel functions, community maintenance, monitoring market conditions, budget control, advertising, and resident relations/problem resolution, in addition to daily leasing needs, and applying knowledge of all aspects of property management as well as displaying maturity and good judgment.
Essential Functions:
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property and supervising a small team.
· Maintains an accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the community, particularly in areas such as rent, pricing, vacancies, budgeted financials, and operational goals.
· Clear communication with team and the General Manager.
· Self-motivated with attention to detail.
· Inspects property common areas, apartment homes, and grounds daily. Offers recommendations and works with the General Manager on improvements to the overall operation of our community.
· Work closely with team, developing the quality, and professionalism of our community.
· Coordinating/Communicating with residents, vendors, and team to provide excellent customer service.
· Maintains current resident relations in a positive manner while upholding community policies and procedures.
· Maintains accurate resident records, delinquencies, rent collection, etc.
· Understands and complies with LLTL and Fair Housing Laws.
· Follows through on projects that are assigned and helps coordinate to meet deadlines.
Education:
High school diploma and a minimum of 2 years in multifamily property management is required.

Pay: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour
