Provider Solutions & Development is Hiring a Primary Care Physician Near Oswego, OR

Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a primary care physician to join its established team at PMG Mercantile. We are looking for a Family Medicine physician -OR- outpatient Internal Medicine physician to deliver broad scope primary care for children, families, adults & geriatric patients in the community. You’ll be part of an integrative primary care team including embedded APPs who will support your panel and some In Basket management, two on-site behavioral health providers, clinical pharmacist, dietician, and localized case management support. Located in the northwestern corner of Clackamas County, Lake Oswego is an affluent community with excellent schools, dining, arts & recreation opportunities, while enjoying the scenic beauty of a community nestled on the lake, yet is only 8 miles south of downtown Portland, Oregon.
  • Full-time (between 0.8 - 1.0 FTE)
  • 4 days/week schedule (M-F)
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine -OR- Internal Medicine
  • 2-year guaranteed salary (with higher starting base for experienced physicians), generous quality incentives, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance available
