We are currently seeking to add a Party Chief to the Survey team.
The typical pay range for this position is $35 to $47/hr and is commensurate with experience relative to this position. This is full-time with benefits position.
Our team of surveyors offer a variety of surveying and mapping services so that there’s no misunderstanding about the land you are working on. We use cutting-edge technology to offer thorough land surveys. We use 3D imaging, drones, and GPS technology to create the most accurate picture of the land and satisfy all parties involved, from lenders to builders to property owners.
In addition, we provide accurate data for easements and right-of-way disputes on any property. Our workstations are equipped with AutoCAD Civil 3D and point cloud processing to ensure that we can provide the most accurate information possible.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, technically knowledgeable with strong communication skills, and a can-do attitude.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and supervising a survey crew
• Maintain the quality of all measurements
• Record clear field notes of data collected and calculations made
• Ability to communicate clear instructions
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and survey drawings.

RequirementsWhat we are looking for:

• Must be a motivated individual who prefers to work in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to perform manual labor, lift up to 50 lbs., climb hills, and any other physical requirements for the position
• Be willing to travel, and work in inclement weather conditions
• Have a Washington State driver's license and be insurable

Desires Skills/Experience

• Three to five years field surveying experience.
• Trimble Robotic Total Station experience preferred.
• **LSIT is a plus!
