Manufacturing Coordinator

• As a Manufacturing Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing a production line and ensuring that both the people and the process are functioning efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise a team of 30-40 employees operating 1-2 high-speed packaging lines.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement processes using Lean Manufacturing, Six-Sigma, and similar principles.
• Foster a culture of engagement and set strategic direction for the team.
• Monitor and maintain production standards for efficiency, material waste, and quality.
• Ensure employee productivity, facility safety, and maintenance activities, collaborating with other managers and supervisors as needed.

Requirements :

• Minimum requirement of a BA / BS degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, Operations Management, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Prior experience in manufacturing within the food, consumer products, chemical, or related industries is preferred.
• Preferred certifications in Six-Sigma Green / Black or Lean training, with a proven ability to lead change and drive implementation.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience is required.
• Analytical skills and ability to use data to coach, teach, and develop employees.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
