Your position will cover responsibilities of global product management, related to our premium & high-end cardiovascular ultrasound product lines. You will work closely with engineering, marketing, clinical, service, supply chain, regulatory, quality, sourcing, as well as regional teams. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Customer insights: Organize meetings with customers, help arrange medical advisory boards, gather customer insights on unmet needs to help scope future products and identify opportunities for market share growth. Product scope definition: Manage product surveys to regions, sales, clinical application specialists and customers, arrange product definition events, contribute to overall prioritization during development of new products. Product documentation: Create and maintain product documentation such as datasheets, price books, compatibility matrices etc. New product introductions: support phase-in/phase-out activities, set up of product offerings, launch events etc. Support regional commercial teams: Manage and distribute product related information, handle product specification questions for tenders/frame agreements etc. Product lifecycle management: support maintenance release activities, end of life programs etc. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in product management, clinical, marketing, engineering, business administration, or related field Proven experience in product management, product development, or related field. Oral and written communications skills Analytical and process skills Project management skills Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization. Desired Qualifications: MBA, master’s degree in product management, clinical, marketing, engineering, business administration, or related field. Good clinical knowledge, with focus on Cardiology and Cardiovascular Ultrasound. Product management/marketing expertise, including market trends/analysis, product development processes, product roadmap development, requirements, product lifecycle management. Leadership skills in project management Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams. Proven ability to work in global teams.
