Peterson Craft Meats is Hiring a Butcher/Meat Cutter Near Osceola, WI
Looking for quality individuals that we can train in butchery. No experience necessary but any butchery experience a bonus. Location is at our farmstead meat shop south of Osceola.

Job Duties
- Cut, trim, grind, and general fabrication of beef/pork/lamb carcasses
- Temperatures generally below 50F in cut room
Qualifications
- Desire to learn the skill of butchery
- Ability to work on feet for most of the day
- Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination a plus
- Takes satisfaction in quality craftsmanship
- Reliable, dedicated attendance
Experience
- Compensation variable depending on previous experience but no experience is necessary - we will train on the skills needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
