Dentist Opportunity in Ormond Beach, FL

Join our team in the picturesque coastal town of Ormond Beach, Florida, known for its stunning beaches, rich history, and vibrant community. Ormond Beach offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement, making it an ideal location to live and work. This position presents an opportunity to join a progressive, well-run, and financially stable dental organization committed to delivering exceptional dental care.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive pay range of 25% to 30% of productions, based on experience
  • Expected annual income of $250,000 to $275,000
  • Employer contributes more than 50% towards health insurance
  • Free dental care for employees
  • Retirement package with IRA
  • 2 weeks of paid time off in the first year
  • 8 holidays off

Responsibilities:

  • Work a 4-day week (Monday to Thursday)
  • Busy state-of-the-art office with new patients monthly (3 Dentists and 3 Hygienists)
  • Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented environment
  • Conduct meetings with patients to discuss and treat dental concerns, perform regular cleanings, and establish treatment plans for better dental hygiene
  • Perform various dental procedures including extractions, root canals, implants, endodontics, and filling cavities

Requirements:

  • Clear and active Dentist license in the State of Florida
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • Compassionate approach to patient care
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics
