Halifax Health - Hospice is seeking a Field Chaplain.
Summary
The Chaplain will be responsible for the spiritual care assessment and participate in the development of the interdisciplinary plan of care for the terminally ill hospice patients and their families, as assigned.
The Chaplain will ensure the best spiritual outcomes as the patient desires or requests.
