Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a bus or motor coach to transport passengers to and from designated locations
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
- Maintain a clean and presentable bus interior and exterior
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking the bus
- Collect fares or tickets from passengers as required
- Follow predetermined routes and schedules
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers
- Communicate effectively with passengers, co-workers, and supervisors
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a bus driver, school bus driver, limousine driver, delivery driver, or shuttle driver is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance checks on the bus
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
