Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Security Supervisor located in New Orleans, LA. The Assistant Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising security personnel, implementing and enforcing physical security measures, maintaining communication with staff and customers, and overseeing daily operations. The Assistant Security Supervisor will work closely with the Security Supervisor to ensure a safe and secure environment for employees and guests.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills, Operations Management
- Experience in physical security
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of relevant safety and security protocols
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and strong observation skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
