Our Moceri Luxe Living for Lease communities located in northern Oakland County, are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician. This position is responsible for maintenance and grounds keeping throughout the campus and strives to provide a positive impression of the community to enhance the experience for our existing and prospective residents.

The following job functions are just a few that are critical to your success in this role:

• Maintenance tasks as assigned and scheduled as established in department protocol. Maintain records of completed work.
• Ability to perform such tasks as routine preventive maintenance and repair of household equipment and other assigned equipment including but not limited to simple electrical, HVAC and plumbing tasks.
• Respond to emergency calls and provides resource and assistance.
• Perform routine janitorial duties as needed to keep building and grounds maintained in a safe and clean manner.
• Ensure grounds, parking areas, driveways, walkways, entrances, etc., are kept free from debris, cleaned and orderly.

Qualifications

Additional requirements include:

• Previous experience as a maintenance technician required.
• Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. HVAC Certification a plus.
