As a Guest Services Associate you will handle inbound & outbound scripted calls & e-mails and set appointments for Sales or Service customers.

Responsibilities
Ensure that all incoming sales inquiries are answered promptly, professionally and according to script
Respond to customer e-mails & chats
Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments
Customer Satisfaction calls to make sure customers are happy with the service they received
Log customer information and purify database
Requirement
1 years of call center and / or BDC experience preferred
Must be able and willing to work full-time, including rotating schedules and alternating Saturdays
Microsoft Office skills preferred

Effective communication over the phone and via e-mail / text / chat
Ability to learn and follow Guest Services scripts & process
Ability to learn and utilize Guest Services tools & software
