**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations and ensure efficiency within our office environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Retail setting accounting principles and office management. Candidate will need to be certified in Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Payroll office software. Have a good background in HR related documents and verifications. Ideal candidate will need a strong background in POS system software and would need advanced capabilities in programs such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Perform accounting tasks such as account reconciliation, financial report writing, and general ledger accounting
- Oversee all financial concepts including all state and federal tax, accounting, and bank reconciliation
- Oversee and manage Insurance Policies and annual renewals
- Assiting in strategic state and federal tax planning for all entities
- Candidate should have a strong background in Work comp filing, audits, and management as relates to staff and payroll
- Candidate should have a strong background in Accounts Payable, and Receivables, Invoicing labor and materials
- Utilize accounting software for data entry, financial analysis, and reporting
- Coordinate office procedures and develop processes to improve overall office functionality
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure maximum productivity
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role
- Proficiency in 10 key typing and double entry bookkeeping
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and accounting principles
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
