**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Asset Manager to join our team and manage our portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial assets, conducting market research, building proforma financial models, sourcing new acqusitions, conduction transactional oversight, on- site property visits and due diligence and implementing strategies to maximize returns for our investors. Preference will be given to those with financial modeling skills and real estate field experience.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct financial analysis and research to identify investment opportunities

- Manage and monitor asset performance to ensure portfolio growth

- Develop and implement asset management strategies

- Collaborate with investment commerical brokers to acquire new assets

- Utilize financial software to track and analyze asset performance (excel)

- Provide financial projections and performance based analysis

**Experience:**

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accouting, Business, or related field

- Proven experience in asset management, real estate or related financial services

- Strong understanding of financial concepts, reporting and real estate investment strategies

- Proficiency in financial analysis and portfolio management techniques

- Excellent mathematical skills for data analysis and forecasting

- Strong Spreadsheet and Excel Modeling skills or formulation
