Finance Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage annual budgeting and forecasting process
- The Finance Manager will lead the FP&A process - create financial models and business forecasts, KPI's, target margins, market/sales analysis
- Responsible for managing the annual budget and variance reporting
- Conduct special studies to analyze complex financial actions and prepare recommendations for policy, procedure, control, or action
- Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts
Preferred qualifications of the Finance Manager:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of experience in related accounting or finance function
- Finance Manager should be able to pivot quickly and manage multiple priorities
- Eager to learn and make a difference with a customer serving mindset
