Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a monthly report on sales and marketing at the branch
- Willing to support remote loan officers nationally.
- This is not a turnkey position but one of technical skill and the ability to learn
Qualifications
- Experience customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- NMLS License and state license(s) in areas of lending responsibility4 years' of management
- Experience hiring and training individuals
- Branch production currently at $4 million monthly min
- Personal production of $1.0 million monthly min
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
