We are currently looking for several CERTIFIED individuals (RBT) who are experienced/interested in working with early learners! Pay ranges from $18 - $24 per hour and is based on skill set.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavioral protocols as written by the BCBA
- Conduct functional communication training using vocal shaping, augmentative communication (PECS/etc.), ASL, etc.
- Record accurate maladaptive behavior data and new acquisition data
- Take initiative! Read behavior plans, learn your clients, and use every moment as a teaching opportunity
- Input data into Excel
- Collaborate with RBT's/BCBA's
- Write descriptive daily session notes.
- Attend weekly collaboration meetings with supervisor(s) and team of RBT's
- PTO (accrues regularly)
- 4 Paid Holidays every year
