MS International, Inc. is Hiring an ERP Specialist (Contract Role) Near Orange, CA
Summary: We are seeking a skilled NetSuite ERP Administrator to join our team and take ownership of managing our NetSuite ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP administration, with specific expertise in NetSuite configuration, customization, and support. As the NetSuite ERP Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our NetSuite platform, optimizing its functionality to meet the needs of our organization, and providing support and training to end-users and integration developers.
Work Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 AM-05:00 PM.
Compensation: The estimated annual pay for new hires generally ranges from $88,000 to $110,000 or more, depending on experience, education level and annual bonuses.
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP system, including configuration, customization, and optimization.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
Develop and implement workflows, scripts, and customizations to enhance NetSuite functionality and efficiency.
Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls within NetSuite.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, and integration developers resolving issues in a timely manner.
Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials.
Stay up-to-date with NetSuite releases, features, and best practices, implementing upgrades and enhancements as needed.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of NetSuite functionality.
Participate in the evaluation and selection of additional modules or integrations to enhance our NetSuite ecosystem.
Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of two years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role.
Proficiency in NetSuite administration, configuration, and customization.
Strong understanding of ERP concepts and principles, with experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems.
Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder for customization and automation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good understanding of business processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
NetSuite certification(s) preferred.
This is a contract/1099 role.
