Job Title: HVAC Engineer
Overview: The HVAC Engineer role is central to the design, management, and execution of commercial mechanical construction projects. This position demands a blend of technical expertise and project management skills in the HVAC industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead full lifecycle of commercial HVAC projects including design, pricing, bidding, and execution, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and client requirements.
  • Perform risk analysis and compliance checks against engineering designs and contractual agreements.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders such as engineers, contractors, and sales teams to develop and implement project strategies.
  • Oversee the creation of detailed proposals and technical specifications for HVAC systems, balancing client needs with technical feasibility.
  • Conduct site visits and provide expert engineering support, while effectively managing multiple project timelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC engineering.
  • Local and stable work history in the HVAC or related industries.
