Job Overview:
We are seeking a HR/Payroll Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR and payroll processes.
Responsibilities:
- At least 2-3 years relevant HR experience
- Familiarity with Paycom or similar HRIS software preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 including Sharepoint
- Proficiency in excel, data management and reporting
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to be a team player as well as work independently
