Our curriculum is designed to encompass immersion, as well as Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education. We aim to provide children with hands-on activities that will prepare them for success in school. Our teachers are highly trained to deliver this exceptional curriculum.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Center Director at Big Blue Marble Academy. The Center Director is responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery of the curriculum to children, staff management, financial management and maintaining communication with parents, staff and members of the community. The role requires strong leadership and organization abilities, and the ability to maintain an environment that encourages individual growth and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within the childcare or education industry. 3-5 years required
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage staff, financials and client relationships.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred but not required.
