Stellent IT LLC is Hiring a QA Manager Near Ontario, CA
ResponsibilitiesUtilize an already developed CAPA plan to develop a CAPA implementation strategy
Manage the CAPA activities and ensure satisfactory completion of set activities
Oversee a quality team.
Work with staff to implement corporate modifications to procedures and policies
Train staff to new or modified Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions
Will support the costumer complaint department and handle Costumer CAPA when necessary
RequirementsAt least 7 years' experience in quality control with two of those years being in quality management position.
An understanding of GXP
Experience working with quality systems who are compliant to ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820
Have experience developing and implementing training programs
Experience working with costumer complaints CAPA programs
Have a proven track record working on CAPA implementation
Previous work in plastics and/or assembly operations
Experience drafting, editing and training SOPs and WI's
Good written and verbal communication skills
Have the ability to prioritize quality systems and requirements within an organization
