The HVAC Technician is responsible for the proper maintenance, installation and operation of HVAC equipment throughout the Nation affiliated properties.

Skills and experience you will bring to us:

• Ensures the proper maintenance, installation and operation of HVAC equipment throughout the property.
• Always takes the appropriate steps to properly charge refrigeration systems and safely handle refrigerant.
• Demonstrates proper techniques in welding, brazing and soldering.

Your knowledge that matters most for this role:

• EPA Certification Required.
• Must possess valid New York State Driver’s license.
• 2 – 3 years’ experience in previous HVAC work preferred.
