Product Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle for products sold in healthcare portfolio and its vendor partners: content management systems, business information systems and tools supporting product integration, administration and troubleshooting. This role serves as a subject matter expert (SME) in product capabilities and works with stakeholders from all business units, all products, and related third parties to define product strategy and vision and to analyze and prioritize requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee market analysis, including financial aspects of the product
  • Serve as product leader within the company and in the industry acting as the SME in capabilities, competition, industry landscape, value proposition, revenue drivers and industry standards.
  • Define product strategy and roadmap and disseminate to stakeholders throughout lifecycle. Responsible for building a product strategy, execution game plan and roadmap.
  • Develop a strong understanding of business requirements, working with business users/ business analysts to define technical and process requirements
  • Define the scope, goals, and deliverables and timelines of product programs.
  • Manage and communicate product status, risks and opportunities, including product debriefs with improvement recommendations
  • Prioritize product fixes and enhancements
  • Leverage advanced functionality to create analytical dashboards.
  • Develop customer relationships with key stakeholders
  • May perform other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications:
  • Data driven product management experience
  • Agile experience is a must
  • 2 week sprints, 12 Week Pls. Anticipate more and more sprint teams on as they go after more funding
  • Healthcare experience is helpful
  • Able to effectively collaborate with internal and external customers & IT teams
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working on a professional IT Team

Education:

Graduate degree or equivalent work experience
