Location  

This position is considered Office-First. An office-first employee is an employee within the Greater Omaha Metropolitan Area whose default work location is a designated office and has office presence at least four days per week, specifically, Monday through Thursday. On office-first employee may at times perform work outside of a designated office location based on personal or professional need, at the discretion of their supervisor. May be performed with flexible working arrangements, including a mix of work from home and in-office work. Scooter’s Coffee is headquartered in Omaha, NE. The successful candidate lives in Omaha, NE. Relocation is not available for this role. 

Description  

Scooter’s Coffee is in fast-growth mode and is ready to hire an elite, strong Senior Graphic Designer to work with the brand team. The ideal candidate will have a deep portfolio that demonstrates creative & design excellence in bringing brands and products to life. This role is for a highly capable creative leader who can also execute and has the composure and communication talent to effectively present to senior executives.?? 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

• Lead the creative development of brand and product marketing campaigns? 
• Oversee design of a variety of print, outdoor, and digital assets? 
• Design promotional and branded emails? 
• Create, understand, and apply brand guidelines? 
• Articulate ideas and thoughts in creative meetings? 
• Listen to feedback to hone skills and improve design? 
• Prepare creative files for internal review? 
• Work through edits and feedback from the creative and management team? 
• Assist Marketing Managers in day-to-day requests and ongoing projects? 
• Work collaboratively with senior graphic designers to execute stratgies 

Qualifications  

• BA/BFA in Graphic Design? 
• 6 years of Design experience required? 
• Experience working on a lifestyle brand required? 
• Communication, workflow, and organizational skills? 
• Strong typography skills? 
• Proficiency in the Adobe suite programs: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop? 
• Ability to work within tight timelines and sudden changes? 
• Must be comfortable in a productive environment as a team player and also independently? 
• A detailed portfolio that demonstrates design knowledge and execution? 
• Proficiency with digital and social design
