Description Pharmacist Resident The Pharmacy Practice Residency is a one-year post-graduate residency program in an institutional practice setting that provides training as set forth and approved by the American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists (ASHP). The program will provide the opportunity to advance the resident's pharmacy practice beyond entry-level professional competence and develop the skills, knowledge, and attitude necessary for the provision of high-quality pharmaceutical care. Required Qualifications: Graduated from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited college of pharmacy. Washington Pharmacist Intern Registration upon hire. Washington Pharmacist License upon hire. Washington Pharmacist License within one hundred and twenty (120) days of hire, or as outlined by program policies, whichever is sooner. Preferred Qualifications: PharmD. Experience in hospital pharmacy practices as a student, intern or pharmacist.
