Job Description: As a Travel X-Ray Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations on patients in various healthcare settings. Your duties will include operating X-ray equipment, positioning patients to obtain optimal images, and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients throughout the procedure. You will collaborate closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic information.

Responsibilities:

• Perform X-ray imaging procedures according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Position patients appropriately and ensure their comfort and safety during the imaging process.
• Operate and maintain X-ray equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Review imaging results for quality and clarity, and communicate any abnormalities to the appropriate healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures performed.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards governing medical imaging procedures.

Requirements:

• Certification or licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
• WA state license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an X-Ray Technologist.
• Current BLS certification (preferred).
