Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients, checking in new patients, taking patient payments, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out of the office, answering phones, taking payments.
- Knowledge of dental terminology.
- Knowledge of dental instruments and dental computer software.
- Knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to dentistry.
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and timely for all patients.
- Must have 2 years experience with Dentrix.
- Great with customer service and assisting with patient needs
- Manage appointment scheduling including entering patient appointments, confirm upcoming appointments and recalls
