Alphagraphics is Hiring a Print Production Manager Near Olathe, KS
The Profile
A proven leader with a high degree of expertise in production management and a vision for the future. This individual will be leading a team dedicated to satisfying the needs of our clients and to our company’s growth and profitability.
The successful candidate will need to possess the following attributes:
- Understanding of multiple facets of the printing/graphics industry, including pre-press, digital printing, direct mail, variable data printing, wide format printing, bindery/finishing, fulfillment, and shipping.
- Strong technical management background. Proficiency with Mac, PC, Printsmith and Adobe Creative Suite software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience managing people and commitment to employees’ professional growth through mentoring, training, cross-training, and accountability.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, goal setting, and follow through.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in oversight of purchasing and inventory control.
- A leader who is self-motivated, who takes personal responsibility for achieving the company’s vision and mission, and who inspires others to do the same.
