Maintenance Technician - Full-time

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Perform routine maintenance duties to complete service requests for repair and maintenance of common areas, apartment homes, grounds and equipment in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
*Assist in the execution of the preventative maintenance program.
*Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
*Interact with residents, guests and staff in a professional, respectful and courteous manner.
*Advise the Operations Manager of the overall condition of community equipment and furnishings.
*May be required to provide "on-call' emergency maintenance services.
*Weekend shifts required.
*Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager and Director of Plant Operations
**Scheduled 5 days a week including weekends
Eligible for paid time off and health, dental, vision and life insurance benefits.
**AT least 1-3 years of building and equipment maintenance experience required. Basic hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical and routine maintenance required.
Drug and background checks are required after employment offer.
