Overview:
We are seeking a contract Masonry Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage masonry construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities
- Manage subcontractors and ensure their compliance with project specifications
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site
- Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee work meets standards
- Create and maintain project schedules
- Collaborate with project managers to address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Previous experience in masonry construction supervision
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in pipeline construction
- Understanding of quality control processes
- Familiarity with budgeting procedures in construction projects
