Latino Community Development Agency is Hiring a Project Supervisor Near Oklahoma, OK

Title: Project Supervisor

FLSA Status: Exempt

Reports To: Director

Position Summary

The Project Supervisor isResponsible for the clinical supervision and coordination of staff in the provision of wraparound services to children and families. This position is also responsible for the administrative and clinical supervision of the program related to fiscal, utilization, facility, and quality improvement management.

Essential Job Duties

  • Practices the principles of Systems of Care and promotes a culture in the program that emphasizes family voice and family choice.
  • Creates a program that is child-centered, welcoming, engaging and accessible.
  • Establishes a therapeutic environment utilizing the wraparound model that is culturally competent, strengths based, age appropriate, trauma informed and co-occurring capable.
  • Recruits, supervises and evaluates program staff.
  • Ensures that all staff comply with agency policies and procedures, research requirements, and ODMHSAS requirements.
  • Supervises the maintenance of all clinical records and documentation consistent with agency, state, federal, third-party payor and CARF requirements to include monthly chart reviews.
  • Works closely with the Quality Assurance staff and billing department to improve staff compliance with regulations and requirements.
  • Monitors productivity, Schedule reports, and other program reports.
  • Manages other daily operations to include staff leave, training requests, timesheets, travel claims and employee performance evaluations.
  • Responsible for meeting ODMHSAS contract requirements in providing services.
  • Knowledgeable regarding Medicaid and ODMHSAS standards.
  • Oversees the waitlist for the program and maintains positive relationships with referral sources.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the quality improvement system, including but not limited to measuring outcomes, peer review, service monitoring, preparation of annual program evaluations and data collection/interpretation for bi-annual reports.
  • Provides individual and group consultation, facilitates staff meetings and provides relevant training within the program.
  • Within the community, is responsible for efforts to improve and/or expand the scope of services provided or the development of new program services. This is done through the Oklahoma Kids Community Team, Executive Team, PD meeting and other local and state teams.
  • Must return phone calls and cell texts promptly and check and respond to email daily.
  • Maintains professional competency in the area under responsibility through appropriate readings, attendance at workshops and conferences, and through consultation with other professionals. Will comply with all requirements to maintain professional licensure and/or credentialing for wrap-around.
  • Performs other duties as required and/or assigned by Director.

Supervisory Responsibility

The position provides supervision to program staff.

Work Environment

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with business needs. Exempt employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require, Evenings, Saturday or Sundays if necessary.

Required Minimum Job Qualifications, Experience, Education and Training

Education: Master’s degree in social work or related human services field

Experience: 2 years of supervisory experience

Skills: Proficiency in MS Word processing software

Licenses: CPR, First Aid certification, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Must have and/or complete Core Level Co-Occurring Training and Trauma Informed Training via Training Institute- ODMHSAS within 60 days of employment with LCDA.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Must be able to accomplish all duties with little to no assistance.
