Title: Project Supervisor

Position Summary
The Project Supervisor isResponsible for the clinical supervision and coordination of staff in the provision of wraparound services to children and families. This position is also responsible for the administrative and clinical supervision of the program related to fiscal, utilization, facility, and quality improvement management.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with business needs. Exempt employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require, Evenings, Saturday or Sundays if necessary.
Required Minimum Job Qualifications, Experience, Education and Training
Education: Master’s degree in social work or related human services field
Experience: 2 years of supervisory experience
Skills: Proficiency in MS Word processing software
Licenses: CPR, First Aid certification, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Must have and/or complete Core Level Co-Occurring Training and Trauma Informed Training via Training Institute- ODMHSAS within 60 days of employment with LCDA.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Must be able to accomplish all duties with little to no assistance.
