MemberHaven Insurance Agency is an independent agency owned by a group of the strongest and most innovative credit unions in the state of Oklahoma. As an independent insurance agency, MemberHaven looks at the best insurance companies available and helps customers choose the right coverage at a price that fits their budget.

Agency Producer is needed for quoting, presenting, and selling P&C insurance policies and/or services to new and existing customers.
Agents provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to prospects, insured, sales representatives, and insurance companies regarding those accounts. Agency Producer will work cohesively with all members of the Agency personnel and abide by established Agency core values, supporting Agency goals and all Agency policies and procedures.

Agency Producers:

• Contact referred CU members to identify the member’s insurance needs.
• Comply with Agency quote turnaround time standards.
• Meet sales goals.
• Have knowledge of underwriting guidelines and necessary steps to place new business with contracted companies.
• Adhere to, and support, the Agency’s commitment to volume growth.
• Create and maintain relationships within the credit unions to promote the agency.
• Document all service requests and coverage discussions in Agency management system.
• Receive, process, and document all insured’s requests for service in keeping with Agency service standards.
• Answer client billing questions, process payments, create invoices as needed.
• Complete Renewal Reviews that pertain to your assigned clients.
• Cross-sell existing clients to add needed coverage.

Applicants for this position must:

• Possess and maintain an Oklahoma Producer License with the following lines of authority:
• Property and Casualty Personal and Commercial Lines
• May also include Life/Accident and Health
• Complete required state-mandated continuing education to renew Oklahoma Producers License

Experience level of:

• 2 years prior experience in insurance sales
• 2 years of processing and verifying insurance rates/pricing
• 2 years strong Data Entry background

Pay: $30,000-$40,000 base Commissions Opportunity for quarterly incentives!!

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
