Job Title: Logistics Specialist
Region: Located in Ogden, Utah
Reporting To: Team Manager
Responsible For: Customer service, data creation and management, document control, schedule equipment and shipping/receiving dispatch requests for construction and manufacturing projects.
Job Purpose: To ensure quality single point of contact customer service, on-time dispatch of equipment and resources, creation and management of data systems.
Salary: Based on experience: Estimated range $50,000 to $65,000 annual

The Operations Team plays a crucial role in supporting both our construction and manufacturing departments and is responsible for allocating appropriate resources necessary for successful set-up, outfit, maintenance, and demobilization of projects. Seamless coordination is the goal of this team.

Job Description
The Logistics Specialist performs the administrative and technical support duties for our operations teams. HHI’s main campus is located in Ogden, Utah with support satellite offices in multiple states such as Arizona, Colorado, and Texas.
Daily activities include but are not limited to: updating inventories, managing the dispatch and retrieval of equipment to various jobsites, assisting shipping and receiving as required for material handling. Troubleshooting user identified issues as well as proactive monitoring, maintenance and creation of inventory and asset management systems. Onsite and remote management of the data applications (MS Excel, Smartsheet, UpKeep, etc.). Additional activities include user support, answering calls, creating ad hoc request inventories, taking photos, creating QR codes, editing images and producing tangible organizational results.
