Position Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description: As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting. Your primary duties will include:
- Conducting routine maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Performing repairs and replacements of faulty components to maintain production efficiency.
- Collaborating with production personnel to address equipment-related concerns and implement preventive measures.
- Documenting maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and preventive measures, to maintain accurate records.
- Participating in equipment upgrades and installations as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred.
- Proven experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment, with expertise in pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.
