Proficiency in interpersonal communication, appointment scheduling, meticulous adherence to procedures, and adept problem-solving skills are essential. If you have the drive, we will acknowledge it.
Compensation:$50,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Conduct extensive market research to identify potential real estate opportunities in Ocean City, MD and the DE Beaches.
- Assist clients throughout the buying, selling, and leasing processes of properties.
- Provide top-notch customer service to establish and maintain strong client connections.
- Expertly negotiate contracts and terms on behalf of clients in Ocean City and surrounding areas.
- Stay updated on the most recent trends and regulations in the real estate market to support well-informed decision-making.
- To be considered for this Real Estate Agent position in you must possess a valid Real Estate License.
- Previous experience as a Real Estate Buyer's Agent is preferred for this role.
- Applicants need to be authorized to work in the US.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a crucial requirement for this position.
