JOB DESCRIPTION

SEI is seeking to hire a Platform Training Coordinator on the SEI Family Office Services (FOS) Client Relations Team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining high quality system documentation to enhance the client experience for users of the Archway Platform and Portal, conducting individual client-focused training sessions, supporting technical sales activities, and facilitating internal train-the-trainer activities.

This role will assist in defining business requirements for new enhancements, participate in release testing and coordinate client communications as well as be a key stakeholder in planning, coordinating, and executing FOS user conferences and events.

The ideal candidate will have experience with the Archway Platform, background in accounting or finance and technology, have strong written and oral communications including public speaking, and be able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This position is located in Indianapolis as a hybrid role.

What you will do :

  • Partner with FOS Client Relations, Relationship Management, and Implementation teams to create and maintain best practices and standards for Archway Platform and Archway Client Portal users and contribute to client engagement, training, and client service strategies.
  • Update, enhance and expand system documentation and user guides for the Archway Platform and Archway Client Portal to support client and internal user training.
  • Communicate Archway Platform and Archway Client Portal release updates, news, events and enhancements to clients.
  • Participate as a SME in design sessions for system enhancements.
  • Participate in release testing and prepare release notes for client UAT.
  • Design and deliver training & documentation for each quarterly release.
  • Support planning and execution of User Conferences, including defining, developing, and presenting content. Collaborate with management, corporate events, and marketing on budget, event logistics, registration, and client communications.
  • Assist Relationship Managers on scoping training requirements and crafting unique training agendas for clients, as appropriate.
  • Facilitate training sessions for clients in SEI offices, client sites, and / or video conference.
  • Coordinate and lead internal training curriculum to expand and grow the system / business expertise across Client Relations team members.
  • Assist Client Relations and Implementation teams with special projects, including professional services activities, establishing and maintaining internal best practices, documentation on frequently asked questions, and providing expertise to support handling of complex client issues.
  • Manage NASBA registration and content accreditation to provide Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits and certifications to clients, if requested
  • Ability to travel (approximately 25-30%) to client sites, client events and industry conferences will be required.

What we need from you :

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a client-focused SaaS setting, supervisory experience and exposure to SEI’s Archway Platform required.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in finance industry preferred, with expert understanding of accounting principles and investment terminology.

Relationship management, client relations or customer service experience preferred.

Demonstrated ability to comprehend and document business processes and workflows, communicate professionally, and effectively train colleagues, clients, and vendors.

Prior experience in corporate or classroom training preferred.
